the reason:
A) The fuel pipe is blocked

Approach:
A) Check / replace the fuel line
B) Check / repair oil pump and replace if necessary
C) Replace the fuel filter
D) Adjust / replace governor spring
E) Check / adjust or replace the injector
F) Clean / install ventilation tube
G) Discharge air from the fuel
H) Replace the air filter / Make sure to install the correct air filter for the model
